Fellow alumni who are making a difference on a local, regional and national level were recognized during Homecoming 2025 for their enthusiasm, exceptional accomplishments and more.

Seven alumni- and staff-owned breweries poured local brews and mocktails for hundreds of attendees at the Cathedral of Learning during Homecoming 2025.

Nine graduate and undergraduate students were recognized at halftime of the Pitt vs. NC State Homecoming game for their commitment to academic excellence, community service and the Pitt Alumni Association’s values. Congratulations to this year’s award recipients: Tümay Onat, Class of 2026; Sophia Chebli, Class of 2026; and Johanna Bezjak, Class of 2026.

The entire Pitt community gathered in the North Shore before the Panthers defeated NC State 53-34 at Acrisure Stadium.
